Become a Sponsor

 

Becoming a Sponsor for Xtreme Events: Cars of Florida is very simple and fair for both parties. We don’t request any money from you because we want you to feel part of the club. We also want you to see that we just want to help the sponsors because by helping you, you will help us too. That is why becoming a sponsor at XE is FREE. This is the agreement between both parties:

Xtreme Events: Cars of Florida Commitment:

  • XE will offer the Sponsor an account free at the XECOFL.com forum.
  • XE will help the Sponsor on big events to promote their business by giving away marketing material that you provide to us.
  • XE will offer the Sponsor their own Section to sell, promote and/or offer their service at xecofl.com forum.
  • XE will try to keep a Safe Zone for Sponsors, meaning that we will try not to have 2 sponsors that offer the same type of service in the area or county. That way you will not have to compete with other sponsors and will benefit from having unique deal with XE members. In case another sponsor offer the same and more services than yours, then we will allow them to be in the list.
  • XE will allow sponsors that only offer services, parts, accessories and sales on-line.

Sponsor Commitment:

  • The Sponsor is willing to offer at least 10% discount on parts, labor, shipping or anything that compensates the agreement between XE and the Xtreme Members Only.
  • The Sponsor will offer Special Discounts to only Xtreme Members and not ALL regular members from XE. A list of Xtreme Members can be provide it to you.
  • The Sponsor can offer any kind of offers and services to all members from XE but they cannot be better than the ones offered to our Xtreme Members.
  • The Sponsor is responsible to provide Flyers, Cards, Promotions and any Marketing material in case you cannot assist to the big events.
  • In case the Sponsor is not able to provide the marketing material, they can provide or send us the image, or document. XE will print and recreate the marketing material. The Sponsor is responsible to pay for the expenses. XE will provide copy of the receipt for the expenses incurred plus a $20.00 fee for the service.
  • The Sponsor is responsible to keep their account Active, answer to emails and posts created by XE members.
  • The Sponsor can provide their logo which needs to be 250 x 50 pixels.

If you still want to become a Sponsor please send us an email with a Copy of this Agreement with the words “I AGREE” in capitals at the end of the following information:
